1. Shipping Policy
We currently do not offer online purchasing, but we may offer shipping for select items by request. Shipping methods and costs will be discussed directly at the time of your inquiry. At this time, we do not offer international shipping. For any approved returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
2. Return and Exchange Policy
Returns are accepted within 48 hours of purchase when shopping in person at Painted Tree Boutiques, Roswell, GA. Items must be unused and in original packaging. All returns are processed according to Painted Tree’s return policy. For special order or shipped items, please contact us directly to initiate a return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed upon.
3. Payment Methods
In-store purchases at Painted Tree Boutiques are processed through the store’s point-of-sale system. Online purchases are not currently available through our website. When online sales become available, we will accept major credit cards and secure payment options.
