1. Shipping Policy

We currently do not offer online purchasing, but we may offer shipping for select items by request. Shipping methods and costs will be discussed directly at the time of your inquiry. At this time, we do not offer international shipping. For any approved returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.


2. Return and Exchange Policy

If purchased in person at Cotton Mill Exchange, returns are processed according to Cotton Mill Exchange's return policy. At this time Cotton Mill Exchange does not offer returns.

To initiate a return for special orders or shipped items purchased through Candor Studio or candorstudio.com, please contact Candor Studio directly within 48 hours of receiving the item. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Returns must be shipped back to Candor Studio within 7 days of receiving the item. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed upon. For further questions about a return or exchange, feel free to contact Candor Studio directly.


3. Payment Methods

In-store purchases at Cotton Mill Exchange are processed through the store’s point-of-sale system. Online purchases are not currently available through our website. When online sales become available, we will accept major credit cards and secure payment options.

We value your privacy. When you contact us, sign up for emails, or place a special order, your information is stored securely and used solely to fulfill your request or communicate updates. We never share or sell your information. Your data is handled with care and integrity.


5. Product Descriptions and Accuracy

We do our best to provide accurate product descriptions, materials, sizes, and imagery. Due to natural variations in handmade or small-batch items, slight differences in color, texture, or shape may occur. These variations are part of the charm and uniqueness of each piece.

Prices may vary between our website and our in-person location at Cotton Mill Exchange in Canton, GA. Variations may occur due to location-based fees, in-store promotions, or packaging differences. We strive to keep pricing consistent and transparent across all platforms.
