Can I request an item I don’t see in the shop?
Yes—if you’re looking for something that isn’t currently available in the booth or need a different quantity, we’re happy to help.
You can fill out the Special Request Form, or reach out by email or text with the item(s) you’re looking for. We’ll check our inventory, suggest thoughtful alternatives if needed, or arrange a special order when possible.
We’re here to help you find the pieces that feel right for you—whether it’s something familiar or something you’ve been hoping to find.
Do you offer larger quantities of products?
Yes! If you’re shopping for gifts, events, or need more than what’s available in the booth, just reach out.
We’re happy to check availability or suggest thoughtful alternatives.

Do prices online match prices in the shop?
Prices may vary slightly between our website and our booth at Cotton Mill Exchange in Canton, GA. This is due to differences in location-based fees, promotions, or how items are bundled or displayed in-store.
We do our best to keep pricing consistent and transparent, and we’re happy to clarify any differences—just reach out if you have a question about a specific product.
Do you accept returns?
If purchased in person at Cotton Mill Exchange, returns are processed according to Cotton Mill Exchange's return policy. At this time Cotton Mill Exchange does not offer returns.
To initiate a return for special orders or shipped items purchased through Candor Studio or candorstudio.com, please contact Candor Studio directly within 48 hours of receiving the item. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Returns must be shipped back to Candor Studio within 7 days of receiving the item. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed upon. For further questions about a return or exchange, feel free to contact Candor Studio directly.
Do you sell online?
At the moment, we don’t sell through our website. You're welcome to visit us in person—or contact us if you’re looking for something specific. We’re happy to help.
Do you offer pop-up shops or collaborations?
Yes—we partner with aligned spaces, markets, and events for thoughtfully curated pop-ups. If you’re interested in hosting Candor Studio in your shop, studio, or gathering, we’d love to hear more.
